  1. Helps to lower blood pressure

According to the research ‘Inorganic nitrate and beetroot juice supplementation reduces blood pressure in adults: a systematic review and meta-analysis’ recorded in The Journal of Nutrition 143(6), June 2013, nitric oxide and beetroot are associated with reducing blood pressure.

   2. Improves blood flow throughout your body

Nitric oxide helps blood to flow throughout your body by relaxing your arteries, which allows them to work better.
