The “Jenga Building” or “Jenga Tower” is known to be a place where celebrities, fund managers, etc., live. Some of the celebrities who have been or had been resident there are musicians Frank Ocean and actor Keegan-Michael Key.

It is located at 56 Leonard Street in lower Manhattan overlooking New York’s Tribeca. It has apartments that are $2.7 million and up, and in 2013 the penthouse went into contract for $47 million.

Some of the duties of a CFO are:

  • Tracking cash flow

  • Analyzing financial data
  • Identifying the company’s weaknesses and strengths

Handling Stress

Stress can be defined as how you react when you feel pressured. It may be mild, as well as it may be chronic.

You may handle it well or do terribly in dealing with it.

Like some individuals, you may use constructive ways of dealing with stress, such as seeing a therapist and talking to a friend, or like others, you may choose destructive practices, such as drinking and taking narcotics.

Nevertheless, here are four (4) beneficial ways you can deal with your stress:

1.

Exercise

Yes, exercise can do wonders for your stress and overall health.

Tony Robbins has always spoken about changing your state for a better outcome, and exercising will help you to do that.

For exercise, you can:

* Do simple stretches

* Go on trails by yourself, with friend(s), or in a group like Sistaz 4 PAN

* Walk your dog

* Jog

* Swim

* Follow and stay fit with Paula and Antonietta

Etc.

2.

Food

Yes, you must eat to keep up your nutrition, not just to help overcome your stress, but for overall health.

Just ensure you do not overeat and that you are eating food that is beneficial to you, like:

* Vegetables, especially organic veggies such as from The Greenhouse Eatery

* Fruits

* Lean and organic meat such as from Alpenblick Farm

* Vegan food such as from Ki’s Kitchen

* Other whole foods like grains, nuts, and fish.

3.

Sleep

Ensure you are getting sufficient sleep so you can rest and recuperate.

One of the side-effects of having stress is not being able to fall asleep or not sleeping enough, which could be a condition called insomnia.

In situations like this where you can’t sleep, you may do various things like exercise, get enough sunlight, and other methods, as well as see your doctor.

4.

Relaxing

Yes, relaxing is essential as it helps to release stress and make your body less tense.

You may learn to relax in various ways, such as doing yoga and practising meditation.

Handling financial problems

With the current economic recession and some of us devastated by the 2008 financial crisis, now heading into another period of monetary assets and instruments reducing significantly in value, managing and overcoming these challenges will require focus and work.

The focus will be on the steps to take and work is implementing the plan.

The four (4) steps you can take to overcome economic problems and become financially independent and free, according to the article ‘Artemis I Mission Rocket Launch and How to Handle Financial Crisis and Economic Recession’ are:

1.

Knowing where you’re at

This is where you evaluate your situation to know what you have and what you will need.

You may use free financial tools to help you.

2.

Knowing where you want to go

After knowing where you are, you now must decide where you want to go.

In this step, you determine where you want to be in one (1) month, six (6) months, one (1) year, five (5) years, etc.

3.

Figuring out how to get to where you want to go

This is the stage where you decide how to get to where you want to be.

4.

Then do it

That’s right, just do it.

Carrying out steps 1, 2, 3, and then doing what you have decided is how you achieve whatever it is you want.
